We are pleased to announce that Hiring Solutions will launch a brand new website in October.

The new site will have more content, greater interactivity, a strong business case, and vital information on the latest trends in talent acquisition.

It will provide greater insights into how we help organisations change its attitude towards recruitment. Be it ways to find, attract or hire the right people, the site will help the uninitiated understand and learn how to Win the War for Talent.
Conducting compulsory checks on references provided by applicants could mean the difference between dangerous hires and finding perfect talent.

The University of Wollongong in Dubai (UOWD) is currently carrying out a study on Talent Relationship Management (TRM). The research project has been sponsored by Hiring Solutions.

The goal of the research is to:
  • Determine the reasons why employees might want to stay with their organizations despite better offers elsewhere
  • Identify recruitment, development and retention of talented people
