 Customer Experience Centre

In response to customer requests on the ground in Saudi Arabia, The Hiring Solutions Company are developing a Customer Experience Centre in Riyadh, KSA. The Customer Experience Centre is designed to accommodate professional human resource, marketing and IT professionals and to allow them to gain hands-on experience with our solutions.

Company Director Ben Fawcett said: "Our Users have great feedback about our systems, so we decided to open them up to target professionals so that they can book appointments to come and have a look for themselves. Now any corporate Recruiter can come in and see what a multi-lingual recruitment management system or Applicant Tracking System really does. We're piloting this in Saudi, but the response has been great and we expect to open a Centre in Dubai in January."

KSA Country Manager Edward Musiak said: "Bookings into the Centre by prospects are already in place so we're excited about that, and we're glad to have been able to give the market what we think is in demand - an honest and open approach to evaluating corporate recruiting technology, running yourself through live/working demo's, and making your own mind up about what value can be created through such applications. Prospect customers are now booked, some of them for just a couple of 45 minutes sessions, and we're confident they'll like what they see."
