No, we are not a recruiting agency.

Partly owned by Almasa Holdings Group, Hiring Solutions Company was created in 2002 to provide recruitment expertise, support and technology to companies in the Middle East.

We have developed Sniperhire, an online recruitment management system, to help clients automate every step of their recruitment function, from publishing vacancies on all their sourcing channels to on-boarding new employees. Our consultants are a mix of recruiters, technology and marketing professionals who help clients re-engineer their recruitment function while providing expertise at every stage of the hiring process in order to achieve optimal results post-implementation.

The Sniperhire platform is continuously being reviewed to meet the changing job markets and the needs of clients across an array of industries, and has been specifically designed to work in the region’s unique job markets; offering clear, transparent and sophisticated reporting, in support of the region's dynamic recruitment requirements.
