We were the first to introduce dynamic map job-searching, blog job-posting, OLAP reporting, candidate zones and candidate support. We’re currently working on applications for Facebook, LinkedIn and Google Maps to name a few.

There are thousands of jobsites around the world and we monitor both traffic popularity and sector adoption to make sure we are able to advise clients about the most suitable sites for their job openings. We take the guesswork out of online vacancy posting by ensuring clients work with the right media partners and get the quality and volume of applicants they require.

Our technical department constantly monitors, analyzes and reports on the health of client systems. In addition, this department proactively provides advice on capacity planning to ensure your infrastructure  provides the best applicant experience during heavy recruitment campaigns.

Our broad definition of infrastructure includes websites, server requirements, load balancing, bandwidth availability, job page response times and more.

Training Services
Through growth and attrition, there will inevitably be new staff members joining your company. We offer services to efficiently induct new team members and to support them while they are new to the hiring platform. For long-time users we provide regular refresher courses alongside our enhancement release notes to make sure that the level of learning and competence remains high.

Knowledge Transfer
We believe that a solution is the right combination of robust software, domain leadership and quality service. We do not simply “install” our software and then step away until maintenance is due.
