Account Management

Every client we work with has a dedicated project manager who serves as the main point of contact throughout the entire implementation process. Once the solution has been implemented, an account manager continues to work with clients throughout  to optimize the system’s utilization. For example, when a recruiter needs help writing a job description, advice on candidate sourcing, running complex reports or any other functional assistance, they have a key contact that can assist them.

Helpdesk support

Once the project has been implemented, on top of regular account management meetings, our helpdesk support is available 24/7 for the following needs:

  • Technical: For all issues of a technical nature such as integration to new 3rd parties or feature enhancements.
  • Candidate support: Applicants can report any issue they may have encountered during their application process. To ensure the ultimate applicant experience, our helpdesk software guarantees that all applicant calls are logged and properly serviced.
  • Agency support: On behalf of our clients, we induct, train and support recruitment agencies integrated to various hiring platforms. At present we have over 400 recruitment agency partners.
