Applicants
We understand that clients do not have the required resources and infrastructure to handle candidates' application issues, especially during major recruitment campaigns. We help fill in this gap by providing helpdesk and support services to all applicants. This ensures every job seeker completes his or her application process and receives the ultimate applicant experience. Our helpdesk software guarantees that all applicant calls are logged and properly serviced.
Recruitment Teams
We provide 24/7 telephone and online support to users, and can even embed onsite support resources within corporate accounts. We also help clients set-up their own internal helpdesk.
Agencies
On behalf of our clients, we induct, train and support recruitment agencies integrated to various hiring platforms. At present we have over 400 recruitment agency partners. By supporting agencies we encourage stronger user adoption amongst clients, and increase return on investment.
Third parties
We give equal importance to each and every one of your candidate-sourcing channels. Our work doesn’t end with integrating channels such as jobsites, blogs and forums to a client platform. We constantly monitor and upgrade these site integrations and strive for continuous optimal performance.
