Recruitment Audit/Readiness Study
When considering a state-of-the-art hiring platform, organisations need to protect their investment. Our experienced consultants are trained to carry out recruitment audits with a view to understanding what your organisation needs to successfully prepare for and implement an advanced hiring solution.

The study focuses on the unique environment and challenges faced by each client. The report you receive after the onsite consultation will create a roadmap for your online recruiting strategy; including sourcing, technology, process, line manager hurdles, and your career brand. For existing customers we provide Floor-walking Audits (onsite) and Quality Check Reports (remote).

HR Management 
We provide analysis consulting to support clients' reporting requirements. These services vary from initial consulting to suggest KPIs for recruitment performance, to building custom OLAP reports for dashboards. These also include independent audits whereby we submit quarterly reports to the board on the client's usage of our systems and their return on investment.

Recruitment Team
From certification and unlimited access to our knowledge base/e-learning materials, to a full fledged Support desk and industry leading features that are easy to use, we’ve put every effort into encouraging the extensive use of our systems by recruiters. We monitor usage levels and system performance speeds closely, and keep recruiter skills up-to-date through regular newsletters and email hints & tips.
