Requests, approvals and applications for review are sent from the hiring platform to company email addresses. This avoids the need for a line manager to actually login to the system to review CVs, or having to remember another password.

Furthermore, line managers can provide feedback by replying to the emails they receive, which then is fed automatically back into the system for recruiters to review and action. Calendar integration is provided for reminders or interviews.

Line managers, and recruiters, receive a tailored email in their office inbox each day. Sent automatically from the hiring platform, these emails contain updates on their campaigns.
