On-boarding is about quickly engaging and readying new employees to succeed in their work by providing them with all the tools they need. This includes doing all the necessary visa and/or legal paperwork, providing details about the country and the employee’s upcoming move, information about the company policies, procedures, compensations, benefits and organisational culture.
